Callers get Contact not available message.

I gave several of my children the echo view devices for Christmas. They can video call each other OK and I can call each of them OK but none of them can call my echo view. They always get a message saying CONTACT is not available. I have tried resetting everything but have not found a solution. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

are they using your amazon account or their own?   can they make calls to other contacts using alexa?

The others are using their own Amazon account. They can also use their echo view to call other people.

so it is just you...have them redo their contact list entry for you.

Whenever I get an incoming video call the echo view screen flashes and my iPhone displays private call.
