Downloaded Alexa on PC (UK)

SO I've downloaded Alexa onto my two PCs (UK)
Neither wakes up when I say Alexa despite settings.  I just click on icon so no big deal.
What is annoying is that Alexa now loads when I press the F5 Refresh key on one PC.  I don't use sticky keys and have checked they are off in settings.  As it was a key I used often, this is frustrating.

open your task manager, click on more details and see if alexa is enable under the startup tab.  If not, right click to enable.  If alexa is not in the startup tab, you will need to add it.
