Cannot connect my echo dot 4th gen to WiFi again

I had this same issue on setup. Via the app my echo can see my network but won't connect, even using a laptop which Amazon recommended me to use on setup. It took me hours the first time around and seems the same this time.

I've restarted my router many times, restarted the echo many times.
