Keep losing all sound when pairing Echo/Firestick using Home Cinema

Hi all,

I'm having an issue when combining an Echo speaker with firestick using the Home Cinema option in the Alexa app. For no apparent reason I lose all sound when the tv is on, seems completely random. I then have to unpair the devices to get any sound at all (through TV) and then I have to re-pair them using the Home Cinema option again to get the sound through speaker again.

I have the exact same setup in 2 other rooms in my house and they are fine and I haven't lost sound in those 2 rooms.

Does any one have any idea what the issue might be?
