Alexa echo alarm sound changes

I have 5 separate echo devices and none will allow me to select a different timer or alarm sound. I have checked for current updates on all devices including the Alexa app and performed individual setup resets with no luck. All they will play is the “simple alarm” sound. My newest devices are the echo show and echo dot with digital clock. Any ideas?

you can change the alarm sound by going to devices  -echo & alexa -click on device you want to change -sounds -alarm.  You can have different ones per device.   If you don't have it, you need to contact amazon

I don't think you can have individual sounds for timer.
