Amazon Households

Hi,
I have an Amazon account and three devices, two echo dots and one Alexa Plus. My wife has her own Amazon Prime account and we want to share the Amazon Music service using ‘Amazon Households’. She has managed to do this on one of the devices using her Alexa app which works fine for both of us; however, she is unable to include the other two devices.

We are not trying to use all the devices at the same time in different rooms, only trying to listen to Amazon Prime Music on one device at different times in different rooms.

I would appreciate it if someone could guide us as to how to set this up, have looked online, but cannot find anything specific to my query.
