Alexa using my words

Is there a way that I can say a key phrase and then alexa says a predefined thing back to me.  My specific example is, I say, 'Alexa, scan new guests.'  And Alexa says, 'Scanning...Geek Alert, Geek Alert, I'm kidding.  I'm a kidder.'  Do I have to learn C sharp or something?
