amazon still sell battery for the different echo devices.   I would not purchase anything from that link.

Amazon doesn’t sell it because it probably doesn’t have a UPC code and isn’t UL/CE listed. Etsy is a market place for home built products. Companies typically do not sell via Etsy. If you are comfortable buying a home built battery device then go ahead and buy it. I wouldn’t because battery devices require UL testing to ensure they don’t explode.
