Alexa app for Windows XP?

I can access a version of Alexa in my browser at https://alexa.amazon.co.uk/ but is there a version of the Alexa app I can run on Windows XP? 

If the Alexa app now runs only on current versions of Windows, is there an old version that ran on XP which would work?

The Alexa app for Windows is basically a replacement for Cortana. Or think of it as an Echo device that lives on your Windows computer.
