Hi - as per the subject line. App opens and then closed instantly. Have forced stop, uninstalled and reinstalled - still no luck. Any ideas please?

I know it has been a long time but I have just successfully opened Alexa on my HomtomHT50.  If you are still looking I will elaborate,

I would love to know how you have managed to get the Amazon Alexa App to open on your HT50. I am in the same boat  >:(
