Ads play too loud.

Hi,
When advertisements play on my Echo Dot, they are always louder than the program I am listening too. I am hearing impaired and sensitive to the change in volume. Why does this happen?

unless I misunderstood what you said, you are talking about ads during podcasts.   If this is the case, there is nothing you can do.   It is similar to ads being loud on tv, the broadcasters doing it.
