I'm from Singapore. I just bought a new Echo 4th gen and had it connected to Spotify. I'm very sure i got it correctly linked. But every time I asked Alexa to play Spotify it says "to listen to Spotify, go to your Laexa mobile app and link your account." I followed some articles I managed to pull out fr Google, uninstall and reinstall, both for Spotify and Alexa app. I even switch off and turn on again for the device and router. Nothing works.
Its so frustrating. How to get it works?
