I have called amazon tech support but to no avail. I have restored both devices to new. I have bought a new router. I have Suddenlink cable 400 down. I have tried 5 and 2.4. the 2.4 doesn;t work well. The devices are 20 feet from the router. A speed test at the studios shows 424 down. i deleted Alexa and reinstalled twice. The devices a couple times have switched networks. If I use just one studio I don't have the issue it appears. I connected the paired studios to a Verizon Mifi and the units performed flawlessly for about six hours, then had issues I am at my wits end. Any thoughts ? thanks steve
