Alexa app smart home device list

I never could figure out why my smart home devices were not in alphabetical order when I looked under "all devices" until today! I see now that devices listed as "device is unresponsive" is listed first, followed by "new device" then "online" and finally at the bottom, smart home devices with no description listed. My questions are:

Most of the devices listed as "new device" have been on the app for a long time, how do I make them not a "new device"? 

Can I get rid of the "online" note under the devices listed as "online" too?

If I could do that, all my smart home devices would be in alphabetical order and make stuff easy to find.

I have noticed it too but it is nothing to be concerned about as long as they are working.    I wonder if maybe it is because there was some update on device where alexa sees it as a different device.   I really do not think there is anything you can do about it or the order of your devices.

I'm pushing close to 100 devices. It makes it hard to find the ones I want when writing a routine.
