If making a hands free call using Alexa how do you navigate a menu when you are asked to, for example, Press 1 for Accounts, Press 2 for customer service?

You don't. There's no way to make a touchtone sound (DTMF) when making a handsfree call with Alexa.

Thanks for the reply. That’s bad news for visually impaired or others who can’t use a keypad and rely on Alexa to make calls

if your smartphone is handy, there is an app called dtmf. when making calls with alexa, you can navigate call menus using it. It works with sounds. The same sound the phone makes when you type in a number.
