Blue light spinning on all echos

I have 3 echos and 4 dots. The blue light is spinning on all but one dot. They still work but the blue light is a annoying. I tried turning them off. Resetting them and resetting the wifi. It's been going on for 2 days. Any ideas?

I had that happen on my clock dot, every time I had alexa search for devices thru my iphone app.  I had to unplug it and re-plug in to get it to stop.  Eventually it didn't do it anymore.
