Using drop in on phone and PC

I have the Alexa app on both my phone and my laptop and have the drop in feature enabled and working on both. I can drop in on my Echo Show with either device to view my family room. Is it possible to drop in on the laptop from the phone? When I try to drop in from the phone, the laptop is not displayed as a device I can drop into.

if you do not see it, then you cannot do a drop in, however, you might be able to call if you have skype installed on the laptop,   you can link alexa to skype accounts.   It might be something to play around with.   I am not sure how to do it myself but seems to me it can be done.
