All devices disappeared from Alexa app

All of my smart devices (plugs, switches, thermostat, basically anything other than an Echo or Fire Stick device) have all vanished from my Alexa app. Most of them still respond to voice but I can't change their names or groups.

I made sure I'm logged in to the right account.
I Uninstalled/reinstalled the app.
I deleted and re-enabled the associated skills
Amazon brand plugs don't show up either (they are recognized, but I can't rename them or add them to groups)
I have not tried to find another phone to put the app on but I can get one I'll post the results.

I can see the devices when I create a routine, but the routine won't control them. Same for Favorites, I can add/remove them from favorites but when I try to control them the icon just flashes.

It is only temporary.   May take a day or so for it to fix itself.   If you cannot wait, you can try uninstalling then reinstall the app.  Everything is stored on the cloud.    You should be able to access things using your browser by going to alexa.amazon.com or if you have a win pc, download and install the alexa app from the microsoft store.
