is gosund and ghome compatible

I have numerous gosund devices purchased from amazon and setup with gosund app and alexa.
i wanted to get more but now amazon doesn't carry gosund.  What they show is ghome brand.
Does anyone know if ghome devices will work in the gosund app like the gosund devices?

not that familiar with them but based on experience, if a device is compatible with another, it would be part of the setup in the app.   There should be a list of what is compatible in the app to select when from doing a setup.   If there is nothing, then my guess would be not compatible.   One thing to note, sometimes there are features for the smart devices that are only available in its own app.
