Can I stream music from iPad to Echo devices in Stereo?

Can I stream music from my iPad or iPhone to my Echo devices, and stream it in stereo? I am not questioning about streaming Apple Music or Amazon Music. But rather song files that I have stored on my Apple devices.

nope.   you cannot stream your own files without plex, mymedia or some other third-party help.  and you would have to set up a media server. 

or are you wanting to link the apple device via bluetooth and not be able to use alexa commands.   If that is the case, you can only link to one device so no stereo.
