Managing Alexa with desktop APP

Has anyone found a way to manage everything on your Alexa without using a smart phone?  I'm disabled and you speech recognition software to run my computer.  Unfortunately, I have taken away some of the functionality from the desktop and browser apps so I no longer can control everything.  I can no longer do something such as changing night Apple Music Login etc.  It's extremely frustrating to put it mildly.

Sorry to say it, but it looks like Amazon is making things worse.  I just visited their Alexa site and there is a banner that reads:
