Cant download the App for Amazon Tap

cannot help if you do not provide any info.  why are you unable to download?  are you not able to get into the play store?  are you getting some sort of error message?  what phone or device are you trying to download to?

I believe he has a misunderstanding, I think he trying to locate and  download "Amazon Tap App," where he should be downloading and executing the "Amazon Alexa App".  This is my interpretation of what he wrote.
