Playing prime music

Can't get alexa to play prime music. It says to sign for Prime which I'm a member. I've heard about unplugging alexa, and that hasn't done the trick either. Anyone got ideas. I did finally write to alexa support at amazon..hoping to hear back.

Google for, and call the Echo Customer service number, and CALL them!

Did you use Alexa App and properly setup the Echo?

I found that you had to specify your prime account for Prime music in the Alexa app on the phone before it would work properly.

Once done, it works like a charm.
