Can't read about more tips and tricks.
She has no issue playing a playlist that I specify, but I have to go to my actual app to pause it or turn it down or off. Any advice?
Sometimes Echo cannot hear you well if the music is loud, so to turn it down, turn the large light ring on top. Now that the volume is down, tell it simply, "Alexa, stop." It darn well better stop playing. It is that easy.
