The board admin gave me permission to share, so here goes!
Soon after I got my own Echo and became an Echo developer, I was frustrated to find there were no blogs or article-containing sites dedicated to the device. So I decided to start my own: Love My Echo. I really DO love my Echo, but the available information and Help pages supplied by Amazon barely scratch the surface of all this little machine can do. Some of the coolest things I've discovered about the Echo were found through trial and error, or experimenting with known functionality.
