Can we define a scene on echo?

Can we define a scene on echo?

What I want is, when I say "go to office", echo will do two things:
1. turns on office lights and
2. turn off all other lights.
I do not want to split this into two commands. Can echo do this? Is IFTTT the only solution?

You can also do this with an Almond router.
