New Echo Update - set timezone outside US?

Looks like a new update has been quietly rolled out with the ability to set the timezone outside the US.  No need to use RequestMaker or cURL anymore...

Still can't set an address outside the US - so no Uber or Domino love for us yet.  But makes this a much more usable alarm etc.  Would post an image, but can't seem to figure out how :-(
