Think out of the box  ;). i wish Echo make reservation at the restaurant, by make phone calls, and i want to send msg to Echo from my cell to arrange Taxi pickup at the airport or Echo to just make an appointment at the local hair salon or remind me when time is 5:00 PM or i am near my home i need to pickup Dry cleaning.

All good suggestions. Contact Echo customer service and make them known. The more people who make the same suggestion, the more likely it is to actually happen.
