Authinx (X10) the company that took over the failing X10WTI  have officially given a green light for a public release ofAlex10
The company has been in the process of creating a Wi-Fi based module for x10 control which has hit a number of delays.
I'm told they will attempt to forward the protocol for this prior to the release of that module.
I was told not to expect that till after the Chinese New Year
Until a Skill is created this may be the easiest windows based way to get Alexa control of your X10 modules.

Alexa Voice control of presets for a IP camera were added as well as some other extras.
Although this was designed for the X10 Airsight cameras a foscam or other mpeg type IP camera will work.
