Alexa not playing music

Hi, can anyone help? Alexa is responsive, Amazon echo playing online radio stations, but won't play online music through search or through my amazon music library, she gives vocal response of title and artist, but then nothing........ no signs of fault warnings on the light rings. she has been working fine for 3 months, until today . i've tried unplugging and restarting,but still the same.
