Nope, and I have called them a few times over the past few years. Maybe not mentioned because they are the "official" support and this forum is the "unofficial" support.
In truth, if I called XYZ's support line I would not be surprised if they suggested I also check their official forum, but perhaps I would feel a little uneasy if they said to also check the XYZ unofficial support forum.
