Yep.  I've got my aunt's and mother's credit cards and phones.  They are set up with a WM account and the Google Home app.  At 12:00 I'll be buying two for mom and 2 on my aunt's account (one is  for me).  Going thru Google Express to purchase them from WM.  When the devices are activated, they'll each get two $25 gift cards  for WM.  Making the Minis $4/each.  If I can find the instructions, this new Mini will be for the car.
