Does anyone have one of the leather Fintie Protective Cases for their Echo? They look very nice but I'd like to hear your experiences with them. Thanks!

I am wondering why anyone would need a protective case for their echo.

To protect it from getting scratched when transporting it, or just to easily identify it when you have multiple Echos in the house.

I did too, until I remembered the day a few months ago when little grandson and G-Ma were taking throw pillows off the couch for him to sleep on couch, and the kid threw one and knocked the new Echo down on the glass and metal end table with a bang.  Fortunately, the Echo was unharmed and unmarked (So was the 8 year old grandson.)

I read the description of this cover; it's made of Vegan Leather?  Common', give me a break.  Also said it was PU leather (another way of saying polyurethane).  No telling how many Naugas were killed to make it.

Anyway, I can make one with a foam beer can holder by cutting off the end and slipping it over the top of Alexa.  (Hmmm, should I use my Seahawks or Mariners holder?)   ;D
