I'm using Amazon Echo for two years in France. Working
I bought recently a Echo Show.
Set up fine, it works but :
-In the web app or IOS app it is displayed as "Offline"
-My spotify account is properly link in my account (and works with my other Echo) but it doesnt work with Echo Show ("you need to link your spotify account"
-My IFTT recipe are not recognized
-It displays properly my Amazon pictures
-Most weird : it displays my next meeting in my calendar on the touch screen BUT when I ask to show my calendar it answered that not calendar is linked...
I'M LOST !!

If somebody can help, would appreciate a lot !!
Cheers

I had something similar a few weeks back, also with a show. Showed offline in the app, the shopping list was old/didn't sync, stuff like that.

I ended up completely resetting it, and made sure it is on the exact same wifi as the echos (I have both 2.4GHz and 5GHz wifi) and voila, it was working fine again  :)
No problems since then.

I have also faced the same issue with my Echo Spot. It is connected and showing offline. I knew that it is nothing connected with the WI-FI signal strength. My home is covered very well with Wi-Fi signal using three Apple airport Time capsules (routers) offering mesh connectivity using (WDS, not 802.11s).
I have three more voice assistants, echo, echo dot and Google Home and these are working without any issues.
The issue is caused by totally different reasons. I have bought the echo and echo dot from US  a couple of years back (when these were not marketed in India) and tweaked it to recognise Indian time. The echo spot is bought from India.  So with the same Amazon account I could not solve the issue. But echo spot started showing online when I created a new Amazon account using my iCloud mail id. Old ones are working with my gmail id :( Now echo spot cannot talk to other echos as well as it refused to control my smart lighting. It is linked to the older echos !! So it is a pain when you have multiple echos bought from different countries to make it work together.

I see a lot of offline status even though it is connected threads today.

To the poster above you can't control your lights coz you are using different account. If you install it on a different phone or computer I'm sure you can control your lights with it.

Networking is not my specialty but I guess you have to have an understanding of it to solve this new problems I am reading.

My husband bought a cheap BT speaker that has Alexa and I let him set it up on his own phone and own Amazon account and it control the lights no problems.

It will save you all the head ache rather than insisting on using 1 phone and 1 account for what ever new echo system you want to own.

As for me I won't be owning any of it. I am done with it. Sometimes I feel like playing with it like recently I played with hue sync and it amused me for a day. LOL.
