Multi room music control

Hi,

If I have two echo devices set-up in different groups can I use one of the devices to fully control the music on the other?

What I have is a speaker system throughout the house, but the connection is in a cupboard which is great as usually plug in a spotfiy connect device and control through the app.  What I want to do is control it via Alexa, so my thoughts are to have two echo devices one to listen out for commands and there other connected to the speakers.

I understand I will be able to say “Alexa play music on [group]”, but would I be able to say “Alexa skip track” and it understand to skip the track playing on the other group, or would I have to say “Alexa skip track on [group]”?
