Alexa Echo Plus and Philips Hue bulbs

Hi!

I got the Amazon Echo Plus and 3 Philips Hue lights.
I resetted to bridge to factory settings so the lights can connect with a new hub -> Amazon Echo Plus
But the Echo does not find the light bulps.

Now Amazon says "Tab the help in the smarthome section in the alexa app"

But there is no help in my app.

Can i add the light manually?

I need help with this, Thank you

It looks different with instructions i find on the internet and youtube
