Drop-in was ruined with an update and I want to let them know that it went from being perfect to unusable, so they can remove the anti-echo speakerphone patch that they implemented.

Just go to the app and go to help and feedback. There is a section called "contact us" and it is below. You can phone or email them and the numbers are there.
