I have been unsuccessful linking my Office 365 account to the Alexa app.
My account is in a private domain (my own). When I try to link my calendar to Alexa in the iPhone app, I select my Office 365 account (which is successfully logged in), and consistently (over a period of several days) get the error "We were unable to link your account. The Microsoft service is currently unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes."
Can't find anything on the support site other than "if it doesn't work, contact your administrator." Unfortunately that's me, and I'm not aware of any settings I have control over that would fix this.
