Using Alexa and Harmony to access recorded program

I've successfully linked my Echo 2nd Gen to Harmony Hub and can change channels on my SKY Q by using voice. However I cannot access any recorded programmes on the SKY Q by voice commands.

Can anyone help or point me to the direction of videos showing how to do it please?
