Alexa Automation

Trying to learn some Alexa automation capabilities. Something I want to happen is:
If my August Lock is unlocked AND
If it's past sunset
Turn on Foyer Light to 100%

Clarification:
Foyer Light is controlled by a GE Z-Wave Dimmer that is controlled by Alexa.
The August Smart Lock is controlled by Alexa.

Is this possible from within Alexa?

I don't think Alexa can do any if/then automation. Are you sure your switch is Z-Wave? They usually require a hub, which would be able to run your logic.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, the switch is Z-Wave, running on Wink Hub 2. Your reply reminds me that I haven't connected the August Smart Lock to Wink yet. I'm kinda new to automation and I hadn't even considered using Wink to run the logic. Thanks for the hint!

With the Wink hub you can use the "ROBOTS" function to build a robot that will do exactly what you want to do.  I have mine doing almost exact thing with my August lock.

That's what I did, froglips. It works unconditionally after sunset. What I hope to discover is how to make it work ONLY when the door is unlocked from the outside. We check for the cat multiple times after sunset from INSIDE the house, and every time we do, the light turns on to 100%. Maybe there is a way to introduce conditions like, if keypad is used or if auto unlock is active. I'm searching....
