Was looking to get some help with this. Installed Alexa on my android phone and keep getting this message. I made sure all apps and system was up to date, uninstalled and reinstalled chrome and deleted all site cookies and data. I still get the same thing every time I try and open Alexa on my phone, any help would be greatly appreciated.
