Startup issue

I have an Echo that when powered up, the blue ring light stays on and start up does not complete. I tried holding the button for 5 seconds to see if it switches to an orange light and no response, blue light continues.  It was working well until power was shut off for 15 minutes and will not restart. Any start up tricks?

exactly which echo do you have?  and the generation.  you can try resetting it.

one other thing you can try is to do a power cycle on your router.  unplug the power from both your router and echo.  plug your router back in and make sure it is completely turned on.  once that happens plug your echo back in.
