How do I use sunrise and sunset to trigger routines instead of setting time

If you are using 'Smart Life' to register your devices, sunset and sunrise can be used within there scenes (somewhat like a routine).  Otherwise not available within Alexa routines yet.
Within SL if you set the sunset location to a location to the east of your location, you can trigger the scene say an hour ahead of your sunset.
