When I use the Alexa app on my Kyocera duraforce pro 2 w/ Oreo, to drop-in on my Echo Show, the phone app pops up. Seems to have started with the last Alexa update. Didn't do it before. Haven't made any intentional changes to the phone.
When I call and the phone app pops up, 2 Alexa notifications show up and if I try to click on the notifications, the screen blanks out...??

Alexa app updates quite frequently and sometimes things get broken. You can contact Amazon support to highlight this issue to them.

2 other alternatives:
1) downgrade to the previous workable version (u can find all versions on app stores like apkpure)
2) uninstall and reinstall
