Lights and devices turning on randomly without routine or scene.

My nightstand light, television and living room light are turning themselves on in the middle of the night. I deleted all routines and it has done it once more since. The living room light comes on around 11:00 AM. The nightstand light is Hue, other two are plugs. Anyone have the same problem?

Maybe you've got Alexa Guard (or some other away from home skill) that is turning things on/off. It could also be an smart home app that is doing this. Some alarm systems do this too. This type of automation is intended to deter burglars by making them think there's someone at home by turning lights and other devices on or off.

Thanks jwlv, that’s something I had forgotten was turned on in the Hue app. I was attempting to turn off and delete all routines until I found the culprit, but you may have spotted something that may just be the cause. I will report back.
