ALEXA SUB + STEREO PAIR ISSUE

Im new to this forum so bear with me!!
I recently bought 2 off 4th Generation Echo's and created a stereo pair.  I was very impressed at how easy it was to set up so i purchased an Echo Sub unit and added that it all went well the sound was excellent , the bass was a bit heavy but i was able to reduce it with the sounds Bass/Mid/Treble controls. All was well for about 2 weeks then everything stopped working!
I have reset everything and the stereo pair works but the sub now is only just ticking over whereas before it was powerful and punchy its now a shadow of its former self
Just wondering if anyone has experienced this issue
Any help or thoughts most welcome.

Maybe it's a blown speaker or the amp went bad. In either case, contact Amazon to troubleshoot or replacement.
