SkylinkNet skills for alexa

For the life of me I cannot  find a command that will disarm my SkylinkNet alarm system with Alexa. I have no trouble setting the system with Alexa only disarming. Any help would be useful. Thank you

some alarms do not have a voice disarming feature, otherwise anyone can disable your alarm when you are not around.  Did you try contacting skylinknet?
