Smart Bulbs

Hi. I am a techy guy so understand most things. I have a TP-link smart bulb working fine with the app, alexa app and the amazon dot.

I am strugling with others from a difrent manufacturer. GoSund yoused to work until I reset everything. NowI have to go through the process again. typing the password to my wi-fi EVERY TIME. All I get is the cicle going around and around. Can't connect check the wi-fi.

Got another one Aisrer. Identical app style with the circle going around and around. Can't connect check the wi-fi.

I do know the password to my wi-fi so what gives with these bulbs.

PLEASE HELP.
