Amazon Echo Show 8

Hello,

      I have several smart bulbs and a smart plug in my home. On my phone they are set up correctly and respond to voice on phone as well as a separate echo in another room which will turn these lights on and off with voice or by pressing the on/ off button (next to the smart device) on phone.

      The problem is of my Amazon Echo Show 8. It was working fine with voice to turn on any of these smart lights and plug but now refuses to recognize any of these by voice. When they appear on the screen of the Echo Show 8 you can operate these smart lights by touching the screen. I've tried everything I can think of. What could be the problem? All the other commands work and I have good internet service.

did you try pulling the power plug on the show for 40 seconds?
