can't rename my alexa to "computer"

tried using voice commands to do it and it says "ok you can call me computer on this device in a few seconds" and it doesn't change it, this screenshot is what i get when i try to do it manually.

edit: it is an echo dot.

what country are you in and exactly what echo device you are trying to change the wake word on?
